FREE DELIVERY IN THE UK ON ORDERS OF £15 & OVER
Free delivery on orders of £15 & over within the UK. For orders under £15 a delivery charge of £2.50 will be applied. Delivery will be made by Evolution Eyewear Ltd (EEL) for delivery to the place specified by the customer. EEL will use Royal Mail Tracked 48 postal service for delivery – in 95% of cases delivery will be made within 2 days. Customers have the option to pay a charge of £3.50 if they opt to use the Tracked 24 service in which case delivery (in 95% of cases), will be made the next working day.
For non-UK customers EEL uses the Royal Mail ‘International Signed For’ service. Delivery charges will be applied at checkout as follows:
Europe – £8.50 / Rest of the World – £10.50
Royal Mail – Coronavirus update
Royal Mail will no longer guarantee deliveries by 1pm the next working day for items posted from Tuesday 31 March 2020 onwards. Royal Mail guaranteed delivery for Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1.00pm will change to by 9.00pm. Resource implications of the continuing advice regarding coronavirus means Royal Mail may not be able to meet the promise of guaranteed next day delivery in all locations at all times.
For UK customers requiring urgent delivery we are able to offer a next day delivery for an additional charge of £7.50. Orders placed by 3pm (weekdays) will be sent out the same day for delivery the next day – please note that if you opt for this service an order received after 3pm will be despatched the next working day. For example, an order received up to 3pm on a Monday will be sent out the same day for delivery on Tuesday; an order received after 3pm on Monday may be despatched on Tuesday for delivery on Wednesday. Saturday delivery (for orders placed on a Friday by 2pm) is available but the charge is £10.50. For next day delivery choose this option when checking out.
All products will be despatched within 2 working days of the order being placed. EEL aims to despatch the same (working) day.
In the event that EEL is unable to despatch the order within 2 working days, EEL will contact the customer to advise of the situation and the customer can either cancel the order or agree a later delivery date.
